2019 GMC 3500HD Radio

[MPH 3500]

2019 GMC 3500HD. In the past 6 months, hearing a clicking noise from the radio. Also, the screen freezes at times, as well. I have checked for any updates and did a factory reset but the problems still exist. 

Asked at the dealership but they couldn't be bothered to investigate. 

Any ideas/solutions???

Probably needs an HMI or the radio screen replaced.  I would get it do duplicate the problem and take it in while its doing it and then they have proof of it acting up.  Or, record your screen when it does it with your phone.  

 

I would search these two sections on the forum as your 2019 HD truck uses the older radios that are in the 2014-2018 1500 and 2015-2019 HD, not the new Infotainment 3 radios in the 2019+up 1500 and 2020+up HD.
