2015 gmc sierra slt 1500 has no power at all.

This morning I used the autostart on my truck and it clicked once and did not start when I got to the truck it was completely dead. I checked the battery and there is still power there and I checked the fuses. Any ideas on what this could be before I send it to the mechanic?

Did you do a voltage test on the battery? You can go to most auto parts stores and have it tested for free.

Yes the battery reads perfectly fine.

I would check the battery cables then. Have someone turn the key while you move the cables around.

All the cables are tight. Only thing I can think of is a ground or a relay but just can't figure it out I've chased electrical issues on older trucks but with all the new technology its a little more tricky.

and battery was replaced 4 months ago also.

I've seen battery cables that look perfect on the outside and the inside was corroded. Hey good luck. Hope you get it figured out.

When you say "Completely dead" do you mean, no lights, no radio or ac blower with key on?

I have the same issue, 2015 GMC SIERRA 1500, 5.3L, No power, lights, dash. Anything. Had engine replaced 2 weeks ago. Ran fine. Came out to start it one day. NO POWER. Did jump it off and get it started. But now it won’t start, no power. Tried 3 different batteries. Did we move a loose wire.
