2020 Silverado LT Radio still saying reset password after having truck 1.5 years

I still have not resolved this password reset notification every time I get in my truck it ask to reset a password or remind me later.   I have logged in on the app and website and that didnt work.  anyone have same issue and have a solution?

My '19 did that and I deleted all user info, reinstalled user and problem was gone forever.

If you have onstar, go to the web site (mychevrolet.com) and change your password. You will then have to log in again in your truck.
