erratic door lock/unlock

02 3500 crew 8.1 w/ YE9    Doors always lock/unlock crisply when put in/out of Park.

From either door switch, operation is erratic. never crisp like shifter. both switches

were replaced (GMP). I do not have a key fob for it, and wonder which key fob it takes.

Only a dealer can query the VIN to key fob? Did all C3500's have remotes?

You can get a key fob based on the year your truck was built. See Amazon.com or auto parts dealers, stay away from the chevy dealer as he will sock it to you price wise. You can marry it to your truck using a procedure that's in the owner's manual or you can find it on youtube I am sure.
