Having this problem on my 2020 6.6 gas transmission cooler lines leaking. Chevrolet service is telling me it's not covered. What steps should I take

Call the GM ombudsman service, and they will make sure the dealer is aware of any applicable service information and warranty coverage. If it’s not covered, make sure you retain your receipts from the repair in case they decide to cover it later and reimburse people who already did the repair.
