PVFD1231 Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 I have a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 regular cab, Short bed, 2wd and I want to, maybe need to replace my upstream O2 sensors. A friend of mine tried Bosch, and wound up having to switch to AC Delco. I don't know why, but they would not communicate properly. Can I use after market, or do I need genuine gm? Also, I guess I need to program or re set the ECU. Ahhh, how??? I can't find an ECU fuse to pull. Maybe I missed it.
shakenfake Posted October 3, 2021 Posted October 3, 2021 genuine gm only I don't know why you would need to reset the ECU but the easiest way is to pull the battery for an hour and then plug it back up.
