Looks like I just joined up, bought myself a 2010 Sierra 2500 with 147k today. Looks to be in good condition and was maintained as a fleet vehicle by the state. Is there a thread on things to watch out for and maintenance instructions?

At that mileage the die is cast. Following the factory 'severe' schedule will help get what's left. Unless you have maintenance records assume nothing. Change all fluids. Including coolant and power bleed of the brake fluid. Any ancillary hydraulic fluids. It's right at the mileage mark for those services anyway. Plugs and wire as well. I'd even put it on an alignment rack. A good top to bottom going over.

My 2 cents worth. Enjoy it.

Include coolant hoses and serpentine belts in the above, if not already been changed

It is a good idea to follow what was posted above anytime one purchases a used vehicle.  You never know the "true" maintenance history and all you can do is start from the beginning.

Wouldn't hurt to check all four brakes for how worn they might be.
