2017 silverado  bought the truck from dealership as it is. I have noticed rubbing when in a hard turn. What can I do to fix issue?

Yup.

Needs smaller tires.

Or

Different offset rims or spacers to get them away from the hub.

And, with a spacer or different offset rims, it;s gonna need a bigger lift to keep the tires from the fenders and wheel liners.
If one pushes out the tires, it will help with UCA rubbing but, possibly, create interference issues with the fenders.
I have a client I designed a house for who has a 9" lift and 35s - he has offset wheels and had to do the NorCal mod to keep the tires from rubbing the fenders.
