2017 suburban fuel range incorrect

After filling tank, i noticed the fuel range has only went up to 274 miles. Normally should be over 400 per tank. Any help on this issue?

What was your last 25 or 50 mile average fuel economy??

 

The computer takes those numbers into account when it calculates how far you can go. For example with me, I drive only city 90% of the time. I get around 10-14 miles per gallon with idle time and how far I drive, plus I may have a heavy foot. If I fuel up it will say I can go 250-290 miles most of the time but if I was getting 19-20mpg avg on a long trip somewhere it would say 390-430 miles until the low fuel light comes on.

Have you been using remote start a lot lately?  Cold where you are?  What octane?
