What oil change intervals? 

Maybe get a Range device and disable V4.

Maybe the VLOM filter.

i have about 133k, recently changed it but had an oil leak from the oil filter so i changed it again when i fixed the filter, i did just order a AFM disabler. and I did some reading last night that they were talking about the filter i just got to get my way to the back to undo it and clean it out.

This is my opinion. You do whatever you want. I would try to clean the oil passages by adding a product to the oil. Easy to do and not expensive and an engine flush can't hurt. Just might take some time. 

Good place to start IMO. 

I would try this before taking things apart.

2000 miles too long IMO.  Dirty old oil is AFMs worst enemy.

 

You ever take a sample out at 1K miles and run it through your fingers?  How about at 4K, 5K and 7K miles?

 

Is the Castrol Edge Dexos1 certified?
