Alignment required on 1" level spacer?

2018 5.3 Crew Cab Short Bed. I installed the lower strut .87" spacer to give the truck a 1" lift. Is it totally necessary to have an alignment done with such a small change in geometry?

    I did 2.5" front and rear on my rig. I contacted the manufacturer of the spacers, and asked them if it was always absolutely necessary to have an alignment. To quote NWI Denali - their answer was also : YES.
