I took it to the dealer and they said I need a new radio

Any update on the issue or did you get it fixed…Just went to the dealership for this issue as well paid 165 they said it’s the HMI module.. they don’t know exactly what but I want to try some of the stuff on the  this link https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2017/MC-10139097-9999.pdf but idk where the hmi fuse is .. if not I’m just going to buy one online myself and install it it’s super easy some places sell the hmi model pre programed to you vehicle specs based on your vin

I had same message and bought new battery as was going on 6 years old.  No more issues.
