Trying to buy a new set of tpms for Sierra, when you put the vin into parts site it give a replacement sensor for an older number that’s 433mhz, when you search that either number on eBay or Amazon it shows 315mhz sensors, are they interchangeable, I bought a set of tires from a guy that had new sensors put in his new tires, he planned on keeping the original set for when he sold the truck, he decided to let me have them, put them on took to dealer to have set and they tell me there’s no sensors, but they never Removed tire to check, any info would be appreciated

Not interchangeable.  You need 433mhz which changed from 315mhz in 2019 on the Silverado/Sierra.

Instead of using Amazon, I recommend Rock Auto.  You can do a search using the GM part number you have and it'll give you at least 1 result.
