Door Seal Strip (on the door)

So I guess I'll add another question to this out-of-the-way backwater.

 

I'm looking for the seal strip that attaches to the inside of the front door window arch/frame. It's thin and about 3/8in wide.

It mates with the seal along the A-pillar and roof line. Again, it is NOT attached to the cab, it's attached to the door.

I dont think LMC sells it.

 

Anyone know a source for it? I'll be damned if I can find it on the GM Parts site.

 

Anyone ever make one?

Hey Ken, I just looked at my 95, Mine are gone/ worn out/ fell off!

I think I found them at LMC. Part # 29-7532. Its called front plastic protector. 

Fits right where you said, on door along A pillar. Lmc says its for 98-04. The front protective tape is for the 94-97.

Although it "looks" like something was there on both my doors and I still have the tape on.

Well that's closer than I got - which was not close at all

Trouble is mine runs along the top of the door too (horizontally)

Looks like it. So I was wrong, the glue residue stops at the corners, it doesn't run along the top edge.

 

Add two more items to my ever-growing LMC list!
