Rear wheels lock up after idling for 10 mins!!!  Need help second time I took it in to the dealership with still no answer!!!

What's the rest of the situation when it locks up?

 

Usually if its idling it's not moving...

10 minutes doesn't sound like a stoplight situation.

Parking brake engaging?

I have been researching TCM problems related to my 2019 Silverado and came across a reference to customer satisfaction program N192272400 related to rear wheel lock up at low speed.  It's not the issue I am facing but perhaps it is related to your situation.  You can Google the number and find related documentation.  Good luck.
