2016 GMC SLT, 6.2, Front Diff issues.

Front Diff, on the drivers side is making this clicking noise like a card in a bike tire. 

Any advice on what needs to be done to fix this, do I have to drop my front diff out to change some bearings or seals? 

I have a video with audio to show exactly what I mean.
