I'm in a 19 Silverado and I'm do dang tired of the Infotainment screen issues, I know this seems to be a common problem.

 

It literally works when it wants too, blacks out, freezes, won't shut off, touch screen is non responsive.

 

It's has been to the dealer multiple times and never is it a problem according to them.

 

Has anyone got a fix?

Are you out of warranty?  Sounds like a head unit replacement to me.  If you do, look at upgrading to at least the 2020 version.  I had a 2019 LTZ and changed to a 2020 AT4.  The 2020 head unit is just better overall.  I believe if you get a 2021 head unit you'll have wireless carplay/AA.
