2022 refreshed dash issues

I bought a new Silverado with the new digital dash back in June. It has been a nightmare since day one.  So current question.  When I have the navigation system up, the volume will not control the radio or the phone volume. Even it I shut the Nav system down, everytime I try to turn up the volume for radio or phone the screen brings up the navigation system volume.  I can not adjust anything else.  Thoughts? Suggestions?  Call Chevrolet and they said: "I don't know, take it to the dealer"  Called the dealer and they claim they have never heard of this and I should drop it off them to "mess" with?  Anyone else have this problem?

You should take it in and have the software updated at least

Update....the issue has not gone away.  Software been updated twice.  Dealer has no idea.  See what happens when I take in for something else in a couple of weeks.

Sorry to hear this has been buggy for you.  A colleague has a new ZR2 Silverado for about 3 months now and says his has been perfect.
