Info screen on DIC default

Recommended Posts

It seems to be time based on mine. If I keep it on an info screen for a time, it "remembers" that screen. Next fire up, it will be on it if I switch over from home. To get it back to what I want, I have to keep it on for a ride and it will be there next fire up.

Just weird programming logic. Also very laggy and slow compared to my 2016 LT 1500 and 2020 Traverse. GM must have cheaped out on the processor or something in it to save a few cents. They've been decontenting little stuff like crazy last few years.

This is correct. The screen you want to switch to (Trip 1 in my case) needs to be up for a couple of minutes. Then it will default to that screen next time you press right.
