Settings - Apps - Show all Apps - Show System - click on Amazon Alexa and then Enable.

No go for me, I don’t have the icon and then in those settings it’s there but the version is 0.0.0

Do you maybe need to download it from the play store?  Also, do you connect your truck to your home wifi for updates?  Might want to look to see if you have a system update to install.

I checked the play store, and Amazon Music is there, but not Alexa. I am on wifi and have no updates. Guess i'll have to take it in, thank you for the help
