high pressure fuel pump unobtainium

My GMC 2014 Sierra 1500, 5,3l, is throwing P0175 / P0172 codes.

This is a rich mix in banks 1 & 2.

Further diagnosing is needed, but a leaky pump is my guess.

The original part is GM 12697966, superseded by 12711662.

I've searched and called around. The local GM parts dealer confirmed that the part is on "indefinite back order".

Weird, right?

Leaking injectors is the other cause that it could be. Depending on mileage they start to have issue with more mileage.

it has 130k miles.

one other new symptom is stumbling when turning off.

Hi so I have those codes and a low oil code mine stumbles when I shut it off gmc said I need a high pressure fuel pump which is back ordered, I first brought it in to a local shop they told me I needed a used engine that has 110000 miles on it put in my truck for $15000 then waited the 3 weeks till I could get into gmc and they said a fuel pump and now waiting

If you really need one you have to have a dealer order it with your VIN so they can put a SPAC case on it otherwise you will definitely be waiting even longer.
