Door lock on 2020 TB has recently stopped working on front passenger side. It will unlock about 10% of the time. I thought it was a battery issue, I ended up getting a new battery (had a bad cell so it wasn't a total waste). Door lock is still not working. Any suggestions? TIA

Won't work when pushing the button on the outside of the door?

Won't work when using the inside passenger door button?

Won't work when using the driver door inside 'unlock'  button?

Won't work when doing double press of drivers side outside door handle button?

'Locks' setting in personalization is set for it to 'unlock all on first press' or 'drivers only' on first press?

How about when using fob -- one press and / or double press?

Once the button is down the only way to get it back up is pulling the inside door handle. If the button is up and I press lock on the door pad (any door) the truck will lock but the lock piece stays up.

The times that I have seen it work have been sporadic.

It does not lock or unlock from the fob at all. I have not thought about checking the settings for locks.

Door lock actuator. I've had all 4 of mine replaced at different times on my 20 Sierra. The dealer receipt said it was a $700 job. Luckily I had extended warranty that covered them.

Lock actuator is part of the latch assy. Fix it before it stops unlocking totally as it can be a bear to open the door to get door panel off and get to latch bolts inside the door jamb.

Common GM thing, I've had to replace them in GM cars in the past. With the auto locking they get over used IMO.
