Steering rack hard lines

Hi,   08 sierra power steering rack lies are rotten. Went for a remanufactured one and the lines sit too high hitting the oil pan. The remans are about 1 inch higher compared to my original rack. 3 different rebuild companies are all the same. I sure would like to convert to an fittings for future repairs etc.

I cant find anything or anybody to make this happen. 

Does anybody know if this can done?

Try Rockauto.com for the parts, see about getting AC Delco parts, RockAuto is one place you might find part numbers for AC Delco besides www.ACDelco.com, you can look there too. Anyway, once you get a P/N, run the numbers in a Internet search, I would look close at Amazon.com, Nonce you go to amazon be sure to filter the results for YOUR APPLICATION.

It may be too late but I believe some one makes replacement hard lines if that was the only problem with the original rack
