Please help me shut off that annoying radio chirp.

If you are talking about the seatbelt chime, your SOL. The best you can do is turn the volume down to like 25% OR plug in your seat belt OR buy another seatbelt buckle from a junkyard and just keep it plugged in.

  Well funny thing is... I do rotate them! I would think everyone would or should rotate tires, just another basic vehicle maintenance, just like checking and changing your oil.

  gm has 3.73 in the max tow package which would help a lot, but 4.11 would be better but might be hard to find
