I have reset my phone, reset the ECM on the truck, replaced the USB recepticle in the truck for the cord, i have tried multiple different iPhines, and I have even contacted Apple Inc. I have no idea what is going on, what part do I need to replace to get it back working again?

I've had issues with my Android phone on my last truck connecting. Bought a higher quality cable and the problem went away. Cheap-o Amazon/gas station/ convenience store cables won't cut it.

Android Auto and Apple Car Play use a fair amount of data to mirror the screen and function properly. If you don't have a high quality, potentially certified cable, you are likely to have issues. From your original post, it seems that the only thing you may NOT have tried swapping is the cable, so maybe give that a shot.

I'll echo what others have said about the cables. I had some cheap Amazon cables in another truck I owned that worked for a while but eventually wouldn't connect my phone to Android Auto. I bought and replaced it with a higher-quality cable (you still don't need to go crazy expensive) and didn't have any more issues.
