Just bought a new work truck and want a hard folding tonneau cover for my 2500 standard bed. I need one that locks before the last fold ie. if its a tri-fold I need it to be secure before the last fold for gooseneck trailers. It can stick out no further than 30 inches from the bulkhead when folded up. (Marked below in red)

The on below is a REALTRUCK UDC-AX12024, anyone have one or one similar that would work?

I have a Diamondback Switchback which is a tri-fold. They are pricey, but for what you're getting it will absolutely hold up to the elements. I also have ZERO worries about someone trying to break into it since it is VERY secure to the bed. I've I stood on the cover a few times when I needed an even surface. It supports 1200lbs static weight and 400lbs haul weight up top and it definitely feels like it. I've also had to use their customer service twice (both partially my fault) and they comped me parts to fix the issue. I don't have a gooseneck so I can't verify that setup will work, but they advertise compatibility.  https://diamondbackcovers.com/products/diamondback-switchback-chevy-silverado-2500-3500-2020-up?variant=40349814161507&chosenFinish=Rugged_Black

I bought one for a 1500 long bed and it fit my 2500 long bed perfectly. I bought it from ebay (JCWhitney brand) for $150. It's aluminum, folds flat, and fits great. It is a bit noisy, but for $150....... worth it!

I put the Re-Trax MX Pro on mine for durability and security. I had a LoPro rollup on my 1500 and it served it's purpose well but lacked security. I always left the tailgate unlocked so it wouldn't get cut.

I have the exact one you mentioned.  Armorflex UDC-AX12024.

It is great!  Heavy duty, Line X finish, and quality build.

Each section locks. It folds up against cab but does not touch cab. Struts attach and lock to panel and prevent panel from touching cab.  Great design.

NOTE:  I have a second one that is new in box that I will be selling.  I'm in SoCal so may not be feasible for you.
