Yes, in SoCal.  There are several dealers within 45mins from home.  Like I said, I am somewhat reluctant to have it done, as I would hate for it to come out worse!

If you really want it done right, take it to an independent really highly reputable tire/auto shop with older staff. As long as the shop has an alignment rack, it will get done right.

I have a 23 I bought in March. I am changing the tires and having it aligned by a reputable 4x4 customization shop tomorrow. I am also swapping the Rancho's for Bilsteins because I can't stand the ride . I'll update on the steering wheel being turned to the left after.

I decided to give my local dealer a chance to do alignment and emblem.

Appt is tomorrow.

Based on my experience will determine if I visit again.

I’ll post results/experience.

Update 11-29-23

Appt was today for alignment, center steering wheel, and replace front right fender emblem.

Service advisor was a new one for me and he was great.  The previous advisor was much better in his customer service.

Emblem was ordered last week and was ready at dealer when I arrived.

Worked performed to my complete satisfaction.  Tech did an excellent job at alignment and steering wheel is centered right on the money!  Tech used only his hands/fingers to remove/replace the emblen to avoid any blemishes to my paint.

Not too often things turn out just right, especially with vehicle work, but today they did!

Happy camper today!

This seems contradictory? New advisor great but previous one was much better?

Regardless... glad you got it squared away to your satisfaction.

My bad…I did not explain clearly.  I was so pleased with the work, I must have not proofread my post before posting!!

What I meant to say was that the advisor I saw last week was not so courteous…yesterday I was assisted by an available advisor who was great. The previous advisor did assist the new advisor to ensure the alignment was billed under warranty… he was much more courteous this time around.
