Whining while steering

Truck has been in to dealer twice for whining like power steering is out of fluid. Has done it since new steering gear has been replaced, power boost replaced no change, dealer says they can't fix to call gm customer service their response file a lemon law lawsuit against gm and try and get my money back. Have bought several gm vehicles throughout my life this is the last one for sure. I have four right now and I will be getting rid of all of them.

Sounds like the truck isn't the only thing that is whining.

The power steering noise is known and considered "normal" by GM. I agree it's annoying, but good luck filing a lemon law claim with something that is technically functioning normally.

I buy a new truck every other year and have never had one do this it's so loud you can hear it over the phone
