Bumper idea?

:lol: I have an 03 silverado, and I want to paint my chrome bumpers black, but I don't want to go through the hassle of sand blasting the bumper. I have seen that spray on bed liner in a can, and I was wondering if that could just be sprayed over the chrome? If so, would it look cheesy? If anyone has any ideas, let me know. Thanks.

Krylon makes bumper paint that works good butr their Krylon Fusion actually works better since it has bonding agents in it.
