2020 GMC HD Duramax Drivetrain

Recently purchased 2020 GMC 2500 HD. Feels like it’s in 4 WD when I turn when backing up and again when I am moving forward??? Once I get rolling straight it stops   Anyone ran into to this issue. It has been to the dealership for the transmission service and they said it was because it’s a long bed ???

Sounds like it’s in 4wd. If it’s binding around turns that’s the sign. You can tell going straight too but it’s much less pronounced. Could be stuck in. But if it was at the dealership they would take seconds to find out. The long bed thing makes no sense or difference from a short bed.
