Got it. I sent him this response and imma wait to see what he says lol thanks. If anything do you know the common place for an immobilizer?

For starters, I'll suggest to stop jumping vehicles off. I've seen so many Engine Control Modules get fried by jumpstarting. Just charge the battery for a bit (30-60 mins is usually long enough @ at least 15A). I know it's inconvenient, but life sucks sometimes. We'll hope you got lucky.

Try just turning the key on (second key position, where all the dash lights come on) for about an hour. This should reset the factory immobilizer that hopefully is what was triggered and has shut down the fuel injectors. You'll likely need to hook up a battery charger while this is going on, or your battery will probably die before an hour goes by. After an hour, turn it off, and try to start it.

Look up under the dash and disconnect the aftermarket GPS locator from the ODB2 port. Then put it in the glove box. The dealership you got the truck from likely disabled your truck.

"...the ECM which will prevent the vehicle starter and fuel pump from operating."

The starter cranking rules out the factory immobilizer.

Pull the cover below the steering wheel off and take a picture of what's there.  Post it. It may be something someone can point out.
