Hey guys, 

     I am diagnosing the shake at +65mph. In doing so I came across post stating the transfer case had play in the the output shaft that caused the truck to shake. How much(up,down,left&right) play should there be at the transfer case rear output shaft to driveshaft input yoke? Mine has about 3/4" or more play.

 

Also when I looked up the np261 transfer case it is said to have a new case design that did not have output bushing and bearing issues. 

 

What year did they change the case?
