Downpour Metallic not available on specific Trims

Just wondering if anyone has insider info about this.  I am not a fan of black, white, or silver/gray for vehicle colors. I prefer some blues or greens.  In spec'ing out a 2024 2500HD I've noticed that Downpour Metallic, a blue color, is not available on AT4 and AT4X trims, even though you can get it on the Pro, SLE, SLT, Denali, and Denali Ultimate trims.  Likewise, Thunderstorm Gray isn't available on the Denali and Denali Ultimate trims but is available on the other five including the AT4 and AT4X.  Does anyone know why?  I can understand why you wouldn't be able to get a color that comes on the 1500 like Dynamic Blue Metallic.  Different truck built in a different plant.  But my understanding is that all the HD's are built in Flint so those paint colors are in that factory.  I can also understand limiting some colors to the upper trims, but the AT4, AT4X, Denali and Denali Ultimate are the top four trims and each one has a limitation that doesn't apply to the three lower trims, even the Pro.

They seem to keep AT4 and AT4X in greyscale, aside from the Volcanic Red.  I have never been a red guy, but might go for that color on the AT4X.  I saw one in person and loved it.
