I run a repair shop and have been seeing broken exhaust manifold bolts in GM motors quite frequently between 2000-2012 models. Clients were looking for a more affordable option to fix them since many vehicles have more than one broken, so I did a little research and came across some repair brackets online. The brackets clamp directly to the factory made holes without having to do any drilling. I have used a handful of them and so far am pretty impressed with the outcome.. The brand that I used is kral auto parts. I'd recommend giving it a try if you're struggling with the same issue.

Rockauto carries them. Most auto parts stores have or can get them  quickly. Broken bolts were pretty common. Look under "Exhaust"
