Yes.  The issue I ended up running into was only being able to open the 1st portion of the tonneau only.  When I tried to lay out back out would rest on the sport bar.  If I ever needed to have the tonneau I had to remove the whole tonneau, fold it up, and lay it in my truck bed.  I ended up replacing the trifold with a Retrax tonneau.

It greatly depends on WHICH Sports Bar and WHICH Tonneau.  I believe with the OEM Sports Bar you are going to be severely limited, cause it's a pretty long one and will obstruct two panels.  With something that's not quite as long, perhaps like the Go Rhino 2.0 that I have, you might be able to get two panels open.

 

You could go the route I did and go with a hard (or soft even) rolling cover...there are sports bars that work with those (the Go Rhino is one - though it takes some creativity).
