Posting this here as this section probably gets a lot more traffic than my home HD section and the cab interiors are the same. As we know, GM decontented LT trucks around 2019 and started putting WT interiors in the rear of LT. I'm looking to add the cloth seatback with the armrest (which forces the storage doohickeys). Right off the bat, no, I don't want some jank eBay plop down armrest thing. I am very familiar with spending silly money on GM factory upgrades (see signature) and am ok with going through this process. Also no interest in leather because I don't want to change over the front and live in the hot desert where cloth is preferable. Junkyard truck you say? Yeah, good luck. Cloth storage seat trucks in yards are as common as intelligent political leaders. As long as you get all the PNs, you'd be surprised what you can put together from GM on your own (again, see sig).

FWIW, I'm looking to assemble a cloth jet black (H0U) crew cab rear seatback. Probably the most common one for everyone with an LT, Custom, or W/T (or SLE & Pro) If this thread goes anywhere and you have a double cab or different color, beware the differences on some stuff.

Here's a few notes so far. RPO codes:

R70 Folding rear split seat with storage

SNR w/ deluxe storage

Not sure the difference.

PNs so far:

Frame: 84516959

Pad: 84554073

Cover: ?

Driver back panel: 84809176

Pass back panel: 84809177

Driver Panel insulator: 84727213 (don't see pass side, looks full width?)

Driver Mat(??): 84372929

Pass Mat(??): 84372928

Armrest: 85562484

Cupholder Liner (might come with armrest): 84169370

Driver compartment: 84429738

Pass compartment: 84429739

Driver door: 84823989

Pass door: 84824008

Not sure whatever bits and bobs needed. Haven't found the main seat cover yet for H0U. Some of this stuff might come with the other things. For instance, when doing my hood intake the insulators were on the parts explosion but they came on the duct. The air filter was pre installed in the air box....etc.

With all the stuff needed this might be cost prohibitive, but if we can nail down what comes with what the exact parts required, who knows?

Have you looked on ebay? I've seen plenty of them there. Look for late model auto salvage yards in your area as well. I ordered my 21 Custom Trail Boss with the rear seat storage package. I have cloth but bought aftermarket leather covers which I've yet to install. I picked up a power drivers seat which wasn't an option on the Custom in 21 from a late model salvage yard in Michigan. It was from a near new wrecked truck so I could have just swapped it in, but tore it down to put leather cover on it.

Just go to carpart.com.

I just did this looking for the even more elusive grey cloth. It seems I was coming across quite a few black. Just go through all the options for the rear seats, many yards aren't too careful with classifying interior parts.

Paid $300 for the entire rear seat including the benches (the yard wouldn't sell just the back).

I have just started researching this myself, Epsilon.  Thanks for the headstart!  Still can't believe my RST came with such a crappy rear seat...

Any parts gurus ( @newdude ) wanna hop in on this and take a shot at the full list? After looking at ebay and junkyard options with various levels of schmutz on them at $500+ this doesn't seem like an unreasonable option...

Look on FB marketplace.. I paid $400 for the front and rear leather seats along with the full floor console, all out of a 2021 High Country and had no issues installing them into my 20 LT that had the cloth seats and the bench folding console.

$400 WITH the console??? Must have been stolen! The console ALONE normally sells for about $1200 complete.

Mmmm...figure $1200 MSRP?  Could be more if you walked into a dealer who has matrix pricing and its marked up from that, could be less or equal to $1200 using an online GM parts discount site but the shipping will add it back up quick.

H0U black cloth with R7O rear seat storage:

86808542 - cover

86579721 - pad - on national backorder, would require a VIN with R7Q rear seat storage to order!

84727213 - insulator

84809177 - panel

84429738 - compartment

84516959 - frame

84824008 - door

84823989 - door

84408231 - panel

84809176 - panel

85562484 - armrest

84429737 - hinge x2

11602041 - retainer x2

19124520 - retainer "as required".  Does not list exact quantity needed

11562386 - bolt x2

11570060 - retainer "as required".  Does not list exact quantity needed

11588712 - bolt x10

I need to Zelle you some beer money for all the times you've chimed in and helped with these parts lists. I appreciate your time that you put in to these requests.

I found a set on FB that looks promising but seller has them listed as "quad cab" 🙄 . Got me to searching and none of the P/N up there work with Double Cab. Do the double cabs not have the storage seat back/arm rest option even in the fanciest trim? I can't find any pictures on the Internet with them and the highest trim for build at Chevrolet main site is RST and doesn't have them with all the boxes checked.

I ended up picking up the whole rear seat for $200. New seat out of a truck getting coverted to K9 unit. The catch is it's the light tan color. With the P/Ns newdude provided (thank you) I ordered what I need to swap it. Cover, both doors, armrest, and the panel behind armrest are all color specific. Maybe one day I'll do the door panels and get the stich and trim they should have had.

Still disgusted with GM that they would cheap out that bad and decontent the LT with a LT front and WT rear trim combo.

For those looking to find matching interior parts for your 2019-2022 LT or 2020-2023 HD, look up stuff for a 2021 1500 RST.

The rear storage seat and large plastic underseat bin is an OPTION. I don't believe it was ever standard on LT.

LOL... I was actually buying just the Console for $300 ( i can find them all day long on FB market place for 3-400) I went to look at the console and the guy just offered to let it all go for $400. he wanted it out of his garage. He still had the wrecked highcountry on the side of his house that he was selling the parts from. not sure where you got your prices from, I see complete interiors for $800-$1200 in the DFW area all the time.

Storage became available with the 2019 T1 trucks. Prior to that, LT trim would at least get matching door trim and a drop down armrest, lights in the vanity mirrors...etc.

GM put a full WT trim (minus vinyl) in the rear of T1 LT trucks with anything under than Convenience Package II. Rocker sills, door panels (no stitching, no "wood" inserts), no armrest in the seat...etc. Might not be the case now but was with the early T1s including my 2022 LT Convenience Package I 2500 HD.
