Leaf Springs Sagging?

I jacked up my '04 1500 and put it on jack stands with the rear wheels off the ground. With both tires removed, the driver's side leaf spring hangs over an inch lower than the passenger side. Also, when sitting on level ground, the left rear (driver's side) of the truck is about 1 inch lower than the passenger side. It seems to me, that the driver's side spring is weaker than the passenger side. Note that the Z heights are both the same. Just looking for others thoughts on this. Thanks.

No cracked leafs?, Rotted hangers? Hanger bushings?
