2015 GMC Sierra All Terrain dash rattle from defrost vent

I have a dash rattle coming from my defrost vent when I hit 50mph. 
 

I have done all the typical tightening of bolts from under steering wheel, removed speedo and tightened all the bolts behind that, removed the a column pillars and removed the dash/ speaker cowling and tightened all the bolts on the dash there. 
 

After all everything that I’m used to doing, I have still have a rattle coming from the defrost vent area when I hit 50 mph. 
 

Has anyone else had this rattle and or does anyone have a suggestion on what else to try??!!

Did you happen to check the screws in your roof console? Those are well known to loosen and it can be hard to tell noise issues coming from there.
