Curious if any of you are having this issue:

Setup - I typically have Waze running on the left side of the screen and have my audio source showing on the right part of the screen.

I'll be driving along listening to Apple Music on wireless Carplay when I notice the track info on the right side is stalled out on a previously played song.

The track skip buttons on the steering wheel are no longer working. The only way to skip to the next track is to switch to Apple Music on the left side of the screen and use the touchscreen contols.

Things I've tried:

  • If I put it in park and do a infotainment reset, typically the issue is resolved, however this happens MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY.
  • I have reset the entire infotainment back to factory settings.
  • I have deleted my phone from the truck's bluetooth devices
  • I have deleted my truck from the bluetooth devices in my iPhone
  • I have had the truck in with the dealer to do any and all software updates, but of course they can't replicate the issue
  • iPhone is always running the newest software

Anyone else experienced this and if so how did you resolve it?

I know my truck had a Radio/infotainment software update before I purchased......they told me it did and when in took into dealer for emission systems in first week the paperwork list all work previously done and the radio software upgrade was listed on the receipt....it shows all dealership history

my will cut in and out sometimes when it loses reception but nothing like what your describing, maybe try to video it on your phone when its happening or a try different dealership
