C8500 air brake lines

The front air supply lines to the brake chambers have cracked and leak. They are flex braided hose with fittings i have not seen before. The part is no longer available.  I think I can have the threaded end made up at the hose and fitting shop, but they don't have any ideas on the OEM fitting. Does any one have knowledge of an adapter or solution?
