I have a 2023 Lt 4wd Crew Cab with the 2.7 Turbomax in it.Im not sure if the oil consumption is normal on the engines but every 2000-2500 miles I have to add 2-2.5 quarts of oil before it reads full on the dipstick. One time I went 3500 miles before checking it and had to add 3 quarts of oil.I started  to realize I have to check this thing more often. Is this normal? The truck just turned 20,000 miles it dosent seem right.I’ve looked underneath the truck for oil leaking out and nothing I can see and in the engine bay I can’t see anywhere it would be leaking.I have read online that it is only direct injected and that they may burn oil but I’m thinking now if that is the case why should I change the oil because after 5,000 or 6,000 miles it has new oil lol.

They`re many ways for an engine to use oil. Any turbo engine adds one more, at least. So, can the dealer tech find it?

Mine? I would shorten my oci. Then, go to 10w30 oil and see if consumption stops. If it does, there`s a wide clearance issue somewhere, or major low tension rings.
