Recently I've noticed a distinct clunking noise usually when backing out of the driveway and turning - usually feeling something in the steering wheel...  sometimes sounds like it is coming from the back, but feels like the front...

Thought maybe front CVs, boots all look ok - but I noticed the camber adjustment looks like they maybe have moved on their own... and certainly don't look like they are symmetrical  Should I just take it in for an alignment?  Something else I should be looking for?  Thoughts? Thx   (2019 Sierra SLT 4WD )

Yes, you need to take it in to be aligned, and make sure they torque down those bolts properly.  You may want to re-torque them after a couple of days, after making sure they haven't moved.

I have never had it aligned...  Just put new tires on a few months back at the Dealer (they had a sale going on) - but didn't ask for an alignment..  truck only has 46000 miles...

I'll go get it aligned :)

I would suggest using a paint marker pen to mark the location of those plates, after getting the alignment, so you can easily tell if they have moved, and to move them back into their right position and retighten the bolts.
