2014-2018 Silverado 1500 5.3

I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3 6 speed transmission and about 3 months ago the truck started violently vibrating when I get to red lights and goes below 500 rpm I’m a mechanic and I can’t figure it out 

I change injector spark plug and coil cables and motor runs good in park or reverse or neutral only on drive can someone help me please

Seems as if to be a transmission issue.
Have you had the updated thermostat for the transmission installed?
