During the cold freeze a few weeks ago, fuel gelled truck would not start, to many attempts to start cause battery low voltage. Vehicle towed to heated garage on battery charger. Trucks starts after thawed, but  a cluster of engine lights were on, ABS, check engine, traction control, engine power reduced, check trailer brake. New acdelco batteries installed, lights remained on. Scanned and tried to clear codes, codes will not clear. Changed fuel filter, will not allow to reset fuel filter.

tried removing negatives from both batteries and followed steps for hard reset. Lights remain on. Thank you for any help.
