All right, after months of this issue I've decided to post up about it and see if anyone has run into anything similar.

Truck is a '22 Sierra Limited AT4 6.2L with 45k miles on it. It has started randomly running rough (rough idle, truck shaking, sounds like it's down a cylinder or two) with three error messages, Service ESC, Service Parking Brake and Service Power Steering. It also sets a code PO304 (cyl4 misfire).

This happens every 20th time or so when I start the truck. If I simply turn the truck off, and back on again, all errors disappear, as do the symptoms. In between these incidents, the truck is basically perfect.

For troubleshooting, I've tried replacing the cyl4 plug, as well as swapping the coil pack with cyl2. I've also tried a new battery. No change.

Truck is bone stock except for an an Airaid CAI that's been on it for about 2-3 years.

I'm pretty much at a loss after months of troubleshooting and googling. With the symptoms, I'm assuming some sort of random electrical or sensor issue, but where to even start? I'm a pretty accomplished shadetree mechanic, so I should be able to do any work necessary - just zero clue what could possibly be wrong. Anyone else ever run into something like this?

I just read that most 6.2s from 2020 are having issues, most blowing up. Good luck. Government is involved could be catastrophic for GM

We understand you're currently facing challenges with your 2022 Sierra running roughly. This isn't the ownership experience we'd like for you to continue to have and we'd surely like the chance to help assist you alongside your servicing dealer to help move this matter towards the outcome you need. To get started, kindly send us an email with these details to [email protected]. With that, please ensure you include "Dope/GM Trucks Forums" in the subject line of your message. Our team looks forward to your outreach.
