There are 2 adjuster screws on the lights. One for side to side tilt. One for up and down tilt. Pop the hood and they are right behind the headligt. You can use a small metric 6 point socket to adjust them.

And parking on a flat surface and using a garage door or wall to center them up tends to work well. You could always have someone put some tape up or hold a yardstick, etc to get your height even.
