What is the best Intake System.......2001 Tahoe

Really... No bells and whistles..... Just raw performance...

 

I am certain that any K&N (Cone or Panel) is needed.

Also the intake tube must be replaced to a smooth one..

 

Are there real Dyno numbers to back up the claims?

 

I am not interested in the prettiest system either.. Not a show truck..

Don't know if it's the best but I like my KN FIPKII.

may want to try a drop in K&N filter only. The throttle body is more restrictive than the duct work IMO.

That is a very popular choice. I have the K&N FIPK, but I bought it in 2001 before the UPD (NSV) was available.

 

Opening up your intake flow with an aftermarket tube setup is a huge improvement IMO.
