Window Regulator

Hi All,

 

It seems like any of the common problems going around with these trucks always ends up in mine.... wind noise, fuel pressure regulator, 4x4 switch, sticking throttle body, steering wheel clunk.... just to name a few.

 

Now... the Driver's Side Power Window Regulator has gone as well. The motor doesn't go up anymore and the cables are frayed and broken in one place. Anyone have some advice on where to get a replacement? Ebay seems to have them for about $50 and I think that is probably the best I will do. I called the local junkyard and they kind of laughed and said they can't keep those around. The local used parts store laughed as well and said he could get me an aftermarket for $110.

 

Anyone else find one cheaper?

There is obviously a problem with them. Get the $50 dollar one and run with it before you have to pay a lot more.
