Customization and transmission

Hey, I just recently bought a 1998 GMC Jimmy SLS. I plan on customizing it big time, but that is a project that will take a while. For now there are couple of things I'd like to change though.

 

My first big question is, like, how much would it cost around to get the automatic transmission switched for a manual transmission/gearbox?? I know they'd have to put in a clutch pedal and all that and I know trannies are expensive, so I'm guessing in the thousands, but how many thousands??

 

Also, I would like to switch the electronic-activated 4WD transfer case for a manually-activated one. I saw a site advertising a product on this, but any info would be appreciated.

 

I also want to put in a rear locking differential---not a limited-slip diff, but a LOCKING differential, also manually engaged. My Jimmy currently is open diffs both front and rear. The 4WD system on the Jimmy is part-time, so when engaged, only the front and rear axles lock together.

 

These are the first big things I'd like to change on this Jimmy. Any tips on where to get good products, what the costs will probably be for these changes, other good websites devoted to this kinda stuff, etc....all appreciated.
