FS: 5'x10' Soild side utility trailer-NICE!

Hey all, I've decided I want to get a larger trailer so I need to sell my 5x10. Those of you that know me, know how anal I am about my equipment! I bought the trailer new in July 2001. Once I got it home I of course went to work modding on it. :)

First thing I did was stain the wood floor in it. The flooring is treated CCA wood but I wanted it to look prettier. ;) I then replaced the boring white wheels with some new chromies and added some extra tiedown loops. In March of last year I had the trailer Line-X'd after being so impressed with the work they did on my S-10.

The trailer is used mostly as my pickup truck. I use it alot for landscaping projects around my house and now 3 times to move my sisters from various apartments! The trailer spends most of it's time sitting inside a nice clean shed. Being anal like I am I like to keep it shined up like my vehicles. It's in almost perfect, like new condition.

Here's some photos of it from when new up till when it was Line-X'd. I'll take some new photos soon. I'm planning to put a new coat of stain on the boards because they have some scratches from hauling duties.

I figure I've got over $1300 in it with wheels, Line-X, Cost of trailer etc. I'm asking $900 obo for it. That's about what you can buy a new one like it for w/o any of the extras. Go see what they get for these dinky little trailers at Home Depot or Lowes which aren't nearly as heavy duty.

Thanks,

Steve

Got a few questions.

Where are you? More specifically...Where is the trailer?

In some of the pics, the gate is off. Does that come with it?

What is the axle rated at (weight wise)?

Great looking little trailer though. :)

I'm located up in Omaha, NE. I live in Omaha and my parents live about 20 miles away in the country. I keep it at there house because I only have a 2 car garage. The trailer spends most of it's time in their shed. I also have never used it during the winter because I didn't want to get it in the salt.

Yes, the gate comes with it. It's removeable. I had it off when I took it to Line-X and those are the pics with it off.

I believe the axle is rated at 3500# I have to double check that.
